The healthcare situation in Gaza is deteriorating, and the medical staff are desperately needed more than ever. Over 500 healthcare workers have been killed and more injured during latest military conflict on Gaza [MAP, June 2024].
This project aims to support the training and graduation of 200 final-year nursing students in Gaza, who’s lives and studies have been destroyed, and help them to pass field training in hospitals and health centres in the Gaza Strip. This will support their fellow doctors and nurses in treating the escalating number of wounded, injured and sick patients and save lives.
How much will the project cost?
• Provide financial support to the nurse- £50/ month
• Tuition fees cover - £150/ month
• Sponsorship of medical supervisors - £300/ month
