There is a high level of poverty in Gaza and refugee camps in Lebanon. People are struggling to provide themselves and their families with the most basic life requirements. Thus they are unable to access the most basic life-saving medical care, this leads to people’s health quickly deteriorating leading to additional health burdens, disabilities and increasing the death rate, mainly in patients with chronic heart, lung or kidney disease.
The programme will work to provide people most in need, the disabled, elderly and poor with critical and sustainable medical aid to alleviate their suffering and support in providing them with the most basic of human rights.
“Whoever saves one life it is as if he had saved all of mankind” 5:32
