A Lifeline for Gaza this Ramadan

“The best charity is the one given in Ramadan.”

[Tirmidhi]

This Ramadan, as we seek Allah’s (SWT) mercy and blessings, let us remember: this is our chance to multiply our rewards by standing with our brothers and sisters in Gaza.

They are not just struggling—they are fighting for survival. Their homes have been turned to dust. Their families have been torn apart. They are grieving, wounded, and traumatised beyond words.

Now, when they need medical care the most, their healthcare system has collapsed. The sick and injured are left to suffer in agony, with no hospitals, no medicine, and nowhere to turn. The most vulnerable—children, the elderly, and those with chronic illnesses—are at greatest risk.

Donate NOW! Your Sadaqah and Zakat can save lives. This is your chance to make a difference.

DONATE NOW to rebuild, heal and save lives.

For 19 years, PIMA Palestine has been delivering life-saving healthcare in Gaza, but we have never seen devastation like this before.

We were founded to serve Palestinian refugees in Gaza and Lebanon, providing:

  • Medicines, medical supplies, and life-saving equipment
  • Training for local doctors and nurses
  • Building and equipping hospitals and clinics

Whenever there was a need, we were there. Today, the need is greater than ever.

That’s why we’re launching four critical emergency projects to restore healthcare in Gaza—but we cannot do it without you.

“Broken healthcare and disease in Gaza could kill more than conflict.”

– British Red Cross, Jan 2025

The bombs may have stopped, but death has not. Without urgent medical care, more lives will be lost.

Despite the ceasefire, Gaza bleeds—hospitals destroyed, lives shattered, and medical care still out of reach.
Over 70,000 killed, 165,000 injured, and 45,000 left with life-altering wounds—many of them children.

Al-Shifa Hospital’s emergency department once saved thousands—now, it’s in ruins.
After brutal raids and siege, Gaza’s largest hospital lies shattered, its lifeline cut.

In Gaza, premature babies are dying—not from illness, but from the collapse of care.

Over 50,000 children in Gaza have been orphaned, many are sick, injured, and alone.
