PIMA in Few Words
Palestine International Medical Aid (PIMA) is an independent non-political UK registered charity founded in November 2006.
PIMA is dedicated to supporting Palestinian refugees in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon, delivering critical medical care to those affected by conflict, poverty, and displacement. Where healthcare systems are overwhelmed or collapsing, PIMA provides more than treatment: it delivers dignity, compassion, and hope.
We deliver life-saving emergency care, fund vital healthcare services (hospitals, clinics, and mobile medical units), supply essential medicine and equipment, support vulnerable patients, and respond swiftly to humanitarian crises. We work directly with local doctors, hospitals, and frontline healthcare workers, ensuring that every donation responds to real, urgent needs on the ground.
Everything we do is driven by a single mission: to save lives and ease suffering, wherever the need is greatest.
What is PIMA doing?
PIMA is working directly with some of the last remaining operational hospitals and trauma units in Gaza to provide lifesaving emergency medical equipment and medicine. We have also built and maintained emergency pop-up trauma clinics that have served as a lifeline for Gaza's population whilst hospitals are out of service.

In order to ensure we provide the right medical aid to the population, we work directly with healthcare workers in Gaza who inform us about what is urgently required, making sure that all your donations are being spent in the most effective way.
