PIMA in Few Words
Despite the announcement of a ceasefire, Gazan's are still facing near daily attacks. With the siege not yet fully lifted and around 94% of hospitals damaged or destroyed, the ill, traumatized and injured are still lacking lifesaving medical care. In the latest war on Gaza, over 70,000 were killed and over 165,000 injured. 45,000 of which have life changing injuries (including more than 10,000 children. (World Health Organization).
Shortages in basic medical care led to preventable deaths and disability. PIMA works directly with doctors, nurses and healthcare workers in Gaza to assess what they need to save lives, so your donations are used in the most effective way to help the people of Gaza.

What is PIMA doing?
PIMA is working directly with some of the last remaining operational hospitals and trauma units in Gaza to provide lifesaving emergency medical equipment and medicine. We have also built and maintained emergency pop-up trauma clinics that have served as a lifeline for Gaza's population whilst hospitals are out of service.
