Rebuild the A&E Department of Al-Shifa Hospital, Gaza

Before the war on Gaza, Al-Shifa was the biggest and most prestigious hospital in Gaza, housing some of the best doctors and nurses in Palestine. But after two raids on the hospital and a extensive military siege, the hospital was subject to extensive damage, deeming the World Health Organisation to describe it as an "empty shell", with the scale of destruction leaving it unusable.

During the siege, the hospital was instead turned into a terrifying space for Palestinians, where the army used the hospital to interrogate, detain and kill hundreds of Palestinians, including many heroic healthcare workers who insisted on remaining with their patients.

But despite efforts to break the backbone of the healthcare system in Gaza, with your help, we will rebuild and restore dignity and care to the people of Gaza.
