PIMA’s trauma and minor-injuries work in Lebanon supports injured and vulnerable communities facing barriers to medical treatment. This project update describes care for people affected by injury, displacement and pressure on local health services.
Medical care close to communities
The work includes treatment for wounds, burns, fractures, infections and other injuries. Access to assessment and follow-up helps patients who may struggle to reach hospital services.
